I have Prophecies, Factions and GWEN.. is it possible to to make a Ritualist or Sin to use in the Prophecies campaign and then be able to go to GWEN territory? Or do I have to level them in the Factions campaign and then travel to Tyria to do it? Because I would love to be able to do Prophecies over with a Rit or sin if it's possible...

You can't start Prophecies with a Ritualist or Assassin. You can only port them over from Factions. They can still get to GWEN though if they do the quest that's in Cantha.

You cannot start an assassin or ritualist in Proph. but instead can start one in Cantha, then once you get the Kaineng Centre, go to Lions Arch and play from there.
